Effective gestures, eye contact, voice inflection, the use of visual materials, and storytelling will be emphasized to strengthen necessary public speaking skills. This class will build off the skills learned in Public Speaking １ and students will be encouraged to communicate in English with their teacher and classmates.Students will strengthen their basic English skills and improve their public speaking abilities, which will give them confi-dence in a variety of situations such as giving speeches, making presentations, and taking interviews. The active learn-ing teaching methods will also help raise the students’ confidence when interacting in English.Students will be required to complete additional listening, reading, and writing homework outside of class.
